Challenge.
Segregation was a key challenge in everyday grocery routines. Users naturally grouped items fresh produce, dry goods, and fragile products, but existing bags lacked structure to support this. This led to disorganized packing and frequent damage. The insight pointed to a need for subtle internal divisions that guide intuitive segregation without complicating use.
Handling revealed another critical gap. Users struggled with flimsy straps, collapsing forms, and discomfort while carrying heavy, uneven loads especially over longer distances or on two-wheelers.
